Front Office Applications creates software in Excel and Access for use by operations managers in hotels. The initial software was created because of necessity--we saw how technology could expediate some of their work's routine tasks and enhance their departments' levels of service. After fine-tuning these applications, we realized that they might be useful to other managers as well. Therefore, we decided to offer the applications online for free.
Our hope is that Front Office Applications can be a valuable resource for hotel managers and can at the same time help to bring the industry together.
